PRESTATYN SPORTS VETS CAPTAIN SHANE MIDDLEMAN

Shane with son Archie

I’ve shared the dressing room for 15 years with some of these boys and played thousands of minutes with most!
Lifting any cup is an achievement and although a very different type of game nowadays and a different league to win, it was just as enjoyable as the first title the club won all them years ago πŸ†
I love the memories we made as a club – the highs and the lows, but I don’t miss Saturday football one bit! Much prefer spending Saturdays watching local footy now with Archie..Vets football fills that little void for me. Every so many weeks, meet back up with the lads and have a laugh with a few beers afterwards πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
Great showing all our kids there yesterday that the old boys have still got it 🀣
