New manager appointed by CPD Mynydd Llandegai

Pob lwc i Jay Roberts

CPD Mynydd Llandegai have appointed a new manager.

He is Jay Roberts, former boss of Tier 5 Ynys Môn club Llangoed and District.

Roberts will take over at Tier 4 North Wales Coast West outfit Llandegai from long-serving Huw Davies, who recently announced he was stepping down, along with club stalwart Phil Thomas.

The new man at the helm, who has also coached at the Caernarfon Town Academy, said: “First of all I’d like to thank the club for giving me this incredible opportunity to become the new manager of CPD Mynydd Llandegai.

“I’m really excited to be here, a challenge I’m looking forward to. When the opportunity opened up it felt like the perfect next step in my career.

“I want to do everything I can to bring back some excitement and attraction to this club.

“Also I’d like to mention and show my respect to Huw Dulyn and Phil Thomas who’ve given everything to this club for the last decade or two. Now it’s my turn to build on that, bring my own ideas and help the team move forward.

“Working together, we will achieve great things here, I can’t wait to get started!”

Mae’r clwb yn falch o gyhoeddi mai Jay Roberts fydd rheolwr newydd y tîm cyntaf y tymor nesaf. Mae Jay yn enw cyfarwydd i nifer, ac yn ymuno â’r clwb efo profiad o hyfforddi gyda Academi Caernarfon Town ac yn ddiweddar rheoli tîm cyntaf CPD Llangoed.
Rydym ni fel clwb yn croesawu Jay i’r clwb, ac yn edrych ymlaen cael dechrau gweithio efo’n gilydd.
Meddai Jay: “I ddechra, hoffwn ddiolch i’r clwb am rhoi y cyfle arbennig yma i fi ddod yn reolwr newydd CPD Mynydd Llandegai.
“Dwi’n rili gyffrous i fod yma, a yn edrach ymlaen ar gyfer y sialens. Pan ddaeth yr cyfle i fyny, oedd hyn yn teimlo fel y cam nesa perffaith yn fy nghyrfa.
“Dwi isho neud pob dim fedrai i ddod a bach o gyffro a atyniad i’r clwb.
“Hoffwn hefyd sôn am a dangos fy mharch i Huw Dulyn a Phil Thomas, sydd wedi rhoi popeth i’r clwb yma dros y degawd neu ddau dwytha.
“Rwan, mae’n dro i fi adeiladu ar hynny, dod a syniadau fy hun a helpu’r tîm i symud ymlaen.
“Wrth weithio hefo’n gilydd, fyddwn ni’n gwneud pethau gwych yma — fedrai ddim aros i ddechra!”
