A superb result for Buckley set them up for a semi-final meeting with Treowen Stars in the national WBS League Cup.
It was a brilliant recovery from Asa Hamilton’s side just four days after a miserable 5-1 defeat at Flint Mountain in the Cymru North.
The Bucks had also lost 1-0 at Guilsfield in the league two weeks earlier, so Saturday’s outcome will serve as a major tonic at The Globe.
Guils suffered a blow just before the half hour when Ryan Knott was sent off for a dangerous tackle.
The tie was goalless at half time, but on the hour Buckley struck. Keeper Seb Osment’s long kick carried all the way through to Max Moore who applied the finish.
In the 70th minute it was 2-0. Bradley Barnes’ shot was kept out by keeper Luke Evams, but Connor Littler snapped up the rebound.
And a third soon followed when Barnes dispatched a penalty, sending the goalie the wrong way.
Adam Jenkins notched an 80th minute consolation for Guilsfield, but the hosts were reduced to nine men when Adam Hailes was red-carded after 83.

Rhyl 1879 1 Airbus UK Broughton 3
Airbus UK Broughton maintained pressure on league leaders Llandudno with a 3-1 victory over Rhyl 1879 at the Hops and Barley Community Stadium on Saturday.
Following a goalless first half, Airbus took the lead four minutes after the break as Mason Blackwell-Jones received Danny Warren’s pass and slotted home for his first goal since September.
Jordan Evans produced a moment of magic to double the Wingmakers’ advantage in the 63rd minute when he beautifully curled a free-kick into the top corner.
Sam Duffy turned home Ben Lawrence’s cross to give Rhyl a lifeline 10 minutes later, but Evans restored Airbus’ two-goal cushion late in the day by finishing off a swift counter-attack. The Wingmakers have now won their last eight matches in all competitions.
Brickfield Rangers 0 Ruthin Town 1
Bottom-of-the-table Ruthin earned their first win of 2026 as Danny Holland’s late strike proved enough to secure a 1-0 win over Brickfield Rangers at Clywedog Park.
Both sides were deadlocked for 76 minutes, until Holland popped up with his fourth league goal of the campaign to secure a crucial three points – Ruthin’s first away win since October.
Penrhyncoch 3 Mold Alexandra 1
Next-to-bottom Penrhyncoch secured a 3-1 victory over Mold Alexandra at Cae Baker.
The Roosters made a dream start to the contest, going ahead inside just two minutes as Dan Owen scored his eighth league goal of the season.
Mold equalised on 35 minutes thanks to a close-range finish from 17-year-old Charlie Rush, who was making his first senior start for the club, but John James immediately restored Penrhyncoch’s lead.
Mold defender Harvey Morris was sent off for a second bookable offence in second half stoppage time, before Geoff Kellaway sealed the win for Penrhyncoch from the penalty spot. Just three points now separate the bottom six in the JD Cymru North.
