The finalists in the NWCFA Intermediate Challenge Cup and NWCFA Junior Challenge Cup are confirmed.

In the Tier 4 Intermediate Cup final, Nefyn United will take on Llandudno Junction on Saturday, April 25.

Meanwhile, the final of the Junior Cup for Tier 5 clubs will take place on Saturday, April 18, with Mountain Rangers facing Llandyrnog United.

That makes it a North Wales Coast East versus North Wales Coast West final in both competitions.

INTERMEDIATE CUP

Both of Saturday’s semi-finals went to penalties.
Menai Bridge Tigers needed a 95th minute equaliser from John Littlemore to force a 2-2 draw and subsequent shootout against Llandudno Junction.
Tomos Rhys-Williams and Bryan Roberts netted for underdogs Junction, James Saxon with the other goal for Tigers.
The Railwaymen prevailed 7-6 on pens, George Roberts slotting the decider after Bridge had missed twice and their opponents once.
Nefyn United and Mochdre Sports ended 1-1 in a tie where there was another late equaliser.
Ifan Jones edged Nefyn in front in first half added time, but Mochdre sub Finlay Jones made it all-square in the 92nd minute.
Nefyn prevailed 4-3 on penalties to set up a clash with Junction in the April final.

JUNIOR CUP

With Llandyrnog United awaiting the winners in the final, Mountain Rangers welcomed previously unbeaten Aberffraw to Cae Gors.
With no losses in 15 league and cup games, as well as leading North Wales Coast West Division One by 11 points, Berffro were firm favourites.
However, Elis Hughes fired Rangers into a 12th minute lead which they held to half time.
Six minutes into the second half, Joshua Williams made it 2-0 to the underdogs.
It was just not Aberffraw’s day. The visitors were unable to reply until the 92nd minute when Andy Clarke found the net via a penalty for his 21st goal of the campaign.
