GOALDEN GIRL: Teenager Lexi Walsh passes 30-goal mark for season in just 14th game

Lexi Walsh of Kinmel Bay became just the second senior player in North Wales women’s football to pass the 30-goals mark this season at the weekend.

The 17-year-old’s treble in Bay’s superb 3-0 win over NFA put her on 31 goals for 2025-26 from just 14 matches.

Connah’s Quay striker Ella Jones moved up to 21 with a goal in her team’s 4-1 success against CPDM Bangor in Adran North.

Wrexham pair Rosie Hughes and Katie Barker are on 19 and 18 respectively after both shone in a 6-1 Adran Premier caning of Barry Town United last Sunday. Barker hit three and Hughes bagged a brace, while Faye Hillier-Knox was also on target with her 11th of the season.

And watch out for 16-year-old sensation Megan Williams, who has knocked in nine goals in just four games for Caernarfon Town. The youngster blasted in five in her team’s 6-1 away drubbing of Henllan.
