Cymru North: Four depart Denbigh Town

Denbigh Town have announced four departures at the start of 2026.

Forward Sam Duffy, defender Bobby Beaumont and goalkeeper Elijah Beattie have all moved on, whilst Brad Barnes returns to parent club Connah’s Quay Nomads following his loan spell.

Duffy joined the club in the summer of 2024, totalling 49 appearances for Denbigh and scored nine goals during his time at Central Park.

Meanwhile, Beaumont signed for the club in January 2025 where he made 34 appearances, scoring seven goals. Both he and Duffy have left by mutual consent.

Beattie arrived at Town in January 2025 from Meliden, featuring 24 times in all competitions, keeping three clean sheets during his time at the club.

Finally, Barnes arrived at Central Park on a temporary basis from Nomads in the summer and returned after playing 17 times and scoring once for the club.
