Attacking player Duffy joins CPD Y Rhyl 1879 from fellow Cymru North side Denbigh Town, where he played for one-and-a-half seasons, making 50 appearances and scoring nine goals for the Central Park side.
Was very briefly at Prestatyn Town early in 2024-25 and before that played for a highly successful Mold Alexandra outfit which won the Welsh Blood Service League Cup northern and national finals in 2023-24.
Made 42 appearances for Cymru North side Alex, notching 11 goals.
The 23-year-old is a much-travelled campaigner, having been previously at Prestatyn Town in their 2019-20 Cymru North title-winning season, then later had a short stint at Meliden, bagging seven goals in his first five matches prior to moving on to Flint Town United, gaining some Cymru Premier experience, then Holywell Town and Colwyn Bay.
Duffy joins the Lilywhites adding pace, creativity and energy to the attacking unit. Comfortable operating on the right wing or in a central attacking midfield role, Duffy is known for his direct style of play, fast feet and relentless work rate.
On top of his vast senior experience, Duffy’s youth football journey saw him develop at Prestatyn, Wrexham and Rhyl.
Twenty-year-old forward joins Cymru North leaders Llandudno on an 18-month contract.
Played in Tier 3 Ardal North West last season for NFA, appearing in 17 matches and scoring nine goals.
Spent time at Middlesborough, Connah’s Quay Nomads and Shrewsbury Town as a youth and more recently represented the Glenorchy Knights in Australia.
Began the season with Ardal North West club Llanrwst United, making 18 first team appearances and netting twice.
Spent the previous three seasons with Llandudno, making 11 first team substitute appearances with the Cymru North side, but mainly involved with the reserves, notching 31 goals in 46 games.
Earlier, he progressed with the Tudno Development side after ending his Academy service with the under-16s.
At under-15 level, Cieran often stood out for Llandudno Swifts and is now reunited with many former team-mates from that club which has merged with Conwy Borough.
Left-back, aged 26, joins Prestatyn Town after four great seasons with Flint Mountain.
Reunited with former Mountain boss Aden Shannon and assistant Jonny Hill at Prestatyn.
McHugh played a big part in Mountain’s rise to Tier 2, including being part of the 2023-24 Ardal North West title-winning squad and NEWfA Challenge Cup trophy-lifting side.
In all, he made 90 club appearances for Mountain, scoring nine goals, all mainly for the outstanding reserve team. Played in 57 first team matches.
Before signing for Mountain, had spells with Prestatyn Town in Cymru North – 21 appearances and two goals – and Flint Town United in the Cymru Premier and Cymru North.
McHugh has also played for Runcorn Town and 1874 Northwich, and was an outstanding teenager for Connah’s Quay Nomads.
Midfielder also joins Llandudno on an 18-month deal having recently been released by Cymru Premier club Caernarfon Town.
Previously played for Tudno during the 2019/20 season and returns with over 50 Welsh Premier League appearances to his name, as well as valuable European experience gained with Caernarfon last season.
The 31-year-old joined Colwyn Bay from the Seasiders in January 2020 and made 83 appearances for the Bay, playing in both Cymru Premier and Cymru North, scoring four goals.
Signed for Caernarfon at the start of 2024-25, playing in the club’s first-ever European ties against Crusaders of Northern Ireland and Poland’s Legia Warsaw.
Featured in 56 matches for the Cofis, pocketing three goals, before deciding to start 2026 at Llandudno.
After spending a total of two seasons at Flint Mountain, 35-year-old defender Brown makes the switch to Prestatyn Town.
Scored eight times for Mountain in the Cymru North last season, the club finishing an outstanding seventh in their debut Tier 2 campaign.
Also netted seven goals in 2023-24 as Mountain stormed to the Ardal North West title and NEWFA Challenge Cup with Aden Shannon, Prestatyn’s new boss, at the helm.
Other previous clubs include Ruthin Town, Cefn Druids and Flint Town United as well as having an earlier stint with Mountain in 2022-23.
Cooper returns to Phoenix after beginning the season at CPD Dinas Bangor City 1876 where he made four first team appearances and three for the reserves.
Versatile 20-year-old who has represented Llandudno and Denbigh Town in the Tier 2 JD Cymru North.
Had two spells with Penmaenmawr Phoenix last season, helping them win the treble of North Wales Coast East Premier Division title, Cookson Cup and NWCFA Intermediate Cup.
