ADRAN PREMIER

Wrexham 3 Aberystwyth Town 2

Wrexham moved five points clear at the summit as they recovered from 2-1 down to see off Aberystwyth at The Rock.
Rosie Hughes handed the Red Dragons a third-minute lead, but Aber rallied well to edge ahead through an Amy Jenkins double after 15 and 24.
Marian Mahmood brought the hosts level with a 34th minute net-finder – a typical wonder-strike.
Just the one goal arrived in the second half and it turned out to be the winner – Hughes with her second of the day on 50 minutes.
Wrexham are now undefeated in 10 matches – nine of them wins.

ADRAN NORTH

Flint Town United 1 Connah’s Quay Nomads 3

Ella Jones made the difference

Ella Jones struck twice as Nomads continued their fine start to the season with a 3-1 victory at the Essity Stadium.
Both teams were unbeaten in the league before today, but the Quay’s success put them five points clear at the summit with four straight victories.
Jones broke the deadlock on 14 minutes from a Megan Andrews assist, but Beth Roberts set up Rosie Hughes for a 24th minute equaliser.
Striker Jones made it 2-1 before half time with her 14th goal of the campaign, Libby Mackenzie with the assist.
The visitors also hit the post and forced a couple of good stops from home keeper Becky Bott, but the points were far from secure until Megan Galeandro made it 3-1 in the 92nd minute via Alisha Whitehead-Hughes’ assist.

Five-goal hero Grace Kehoe (left)

Grace Kehoe was a five-goal star as Airbus hit nine against visitors Coedpoeth.
Niamh Makin added three, including a penalty, while Tiffany Sands also netted.
Kehoe is just 18 and Makin a mere 16-years-old. Looking good for the future!

Wrexham Foresters 19 Newtown 1

Foresters recorded their biggest win yet, but it was no surprise considering their opponents are without a victory this season.
Newtown could only field only nine players, but Foresters sportingly matched them nine-for-nine..
The Wrexham side made it seven straight league wins with their goals shared between Kirstie Kural (5), Anna Thomas (5), Savannah Miller (4), Charlotte Dykes (2), Louise Wilson, Kate Tasker and captain Morgan Churchill.
Foresters have scored 109 goals in their first 10 games. Kural netted the 100th today and she is now on 40 goals for the season.
