How are our 2025-26 Dynamic Dozen faring?

More than four months into the 2025-26 season now, so let’s take a look at how our Dynamic Dozen are performing.
Every season Grassroots North Wales chooses 12 male players who are worth watching out for in the nine months ahead,

Byron Davis (CPD Y Felinheli)

Stunned the Ardal North West League on December 3 with a nine-minute hat-trick in an unexpected 5-1 win for Y Felinheli at Prestatyn Town.
That makes it 18 goals in 17 games this term for the 18-year-old, who also banged in a treble versus Lex XI in the FAW Amateur Trophy back in August.

Logan Williams (CPD Dinas Bangor City 1876)

Tremendous summer signing for the Citizens who has made 19 appearances in their 21-match unbeaten run so far.
As well as being impressive at the back, he has also notched three goals for the team.

Luke McGuinness (Blue Bridge)

Although Blue Bridge have lost seven of their last eight games, young keeper Luke has continued to produce some fine displays.
Has played in 12 matches so far and impressed the management with his all-round game. A great prospect.

Will Edwards (Mochdre Sports)

Has scored five goals in 16 outings for Mochdre Sports so far, playing an important role in the team’s encouraging high-placing in the North Wales Coast East Premier.
Scored in Sports’ 2-0 NWCFA Intermediate Challenge Cup win over Kinmel Bay, when the green and whites became the first team to defeat the Morfa men this season.

Josh Stanley (Trearddur Bay)

Sadly out for the rest of the season with a serious injury.
Carried his good summer form into the start of the campaign with Trearddur Bay, scoring a couple of goals but has not played since the end of October due to knee damage.
Cracking forward player with lots to bring to the table when he’s fully-fit and on his best form.

Curtis Cook (NFA)

Has notched 10 goals in 22 club appearances since the start of the season.
Began the campaign in lethal form but has not scored since September.
Curtis has featured regularly for the first and under-23 teams.

Alfie Griffiths (Prestatyn Sports)

Brilliant young talent who has notched six goals in 14 games for a Prestatyn Sports side aiming to win promotion from North Wales Coast East Division One.
Son of former Prestatyn Town midfielder and now highly-rated referee Craig, Alfie is proving a major asset for Sports at the age of just 16.

Louis Gizzi (Rhos United)

Began the season with a Welsh Cup hat-trick on debut for Rhos against CPD Pentraeth.
Since then, the goals have not been as plentiful, but Louis has been performing well for a United team on an improved run after a tough start in Tier 4.

Morgan Thomas (Llandudno Amateurs)

Nine goals in 11 games for the Amateurs this season, starting with a stunning quartet in a 9-2 Welsh Cup win over Henllan.
Injuries have curtailed his amount of appearances, but when he does play it is obvious he has the goal-getting gift.

Leo Latter (CPD Y Rhyl 1879)

Young defender who has shown plenty of promise for Rhyl 1879 in Tier 2 so far, making 15 first team appearances.
Made the scoresheet in a Welsh Blood Services League Cup tie against Denbigh Town

Tom Freeman (Chirk AAA)

As ever a pivotal figure in Chirk’s progress having netted 10 times in 16 league and cup outings for the Colliers.
Although Chirk’s league form since dropping into Tier 4 has been nothing to write home about, the consistency of Freeman serves them well – he has bagged seven in 10 North East Wales Division 1 games to date.

Dion Jones (Llangefni Town)

Similarly to Byron Davies, this young striker has been magnificent in his first full season in Tier 3.
The 19-year-old has hit 16 goals in 20 appearances for Llangefni Town of Ardal North West, who signed him in the summer following outstanding spells with Gwalchmai, CPD Cefni and CPD Gaerwen.
