Coedpoeth continue winning ways in North East Wales Women’s Development League

NORTH EAST WALES WOMEN’S DEVELOPMENT LEAGUE – NOV 16, 2025

Coedpoeth United 3 (Hillier 24, S Jones, Pugh)

Coedpoeth made it three straight wins in the North East Wales Women’s Development League with a hard-earned 3-1 victory at Hawarden Park.

Emily Hillier put the Wrexham side in front at Moor Lane before captain Rebecca Davies equalised, goalkeeper Bahareh Ahmadi providing the assist.

Samantha Jones put Coedy 2-1 up, keeper Nia Pugh creating the chance and Kimberley Pugh added a decisive third, Jones assisting on this occasion.
