Last weekend was an historic one for Penmaenmawr Phoenix Football Club!
Saturday marked a proud moment in the Ardal North West club’s history as they hosted their first-ever Pan-Disability Football Tournament at Cae Sling.
Pen were delighted to welcome guest teams from Caernarfon and Kinmel Bay as the newly-formed Phoenix All Stars took to the pitch for a round-robin competition.
The football on display was outstanding, with all three teams showing great skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the day.
A Phoenix statement said: “A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support the boys and girls, especially in some truly challenging weather. Your encouragement means the world to our players.
“This is just the beginning for our Phoenix All Stars, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds.
“A big thank you to Thomas Barrett for capturing these magic moments and to our very own Guto Jones for officiating.”
