CPD Y Rhyl 1879 have landed a home derby against Kinmel Bay in the last 16 of the Bute Energy Under-16 Girls Welsh Cup.
The neighbouring sides were paired in the northern section of the national draw made tonight.
In the last round, played on Sunday, Rhyl beat Llanidloes Town 2-0, while Kinmel Bay triumphed 6-5 on penalties at Henllan after a thrilling 6-6 draw.
Henllan led 4-1 and 5-2 in the match itself, but Kinmel Bay never gave up and reaped the rewards.
Also in the northern section, Llandudno were drawn at home to Connah’s Quay Nomads, who eliminated Holyhead Hotspur 5-1 at the weekend.
Rhyl-based NFA U16s, who edged past Brickfield Rangers 3-2 away in round one, have scooped a home tie against The New Saints – last season’s semi-finalists – in the last 16.
