Llanrwst were impressive 5-2 winners

NWCFA RECREATIONAL LEAGUE – REPORTS MONDAY, OCTOBER 6

Eglwysbach Queen Bees 0
Kinmel Bay 0

A thrilling encounter ended in a well-fought 0–0 draw as Kinmel Bay faced Eglwysbach Queen Bees.

Both sides showed real determination and quality throughout, making for a fantastic game of football.

The match saw end-to-end action with some great chances at both goals. The goalkeepers were outstanding — Karen Martin for the Queen Bees pulled off several crucial saves, while Tavia Lloyd, making her debut for Kinmel Bay, impressed with a confident and composed performance between the posts.

Defensively, both teams were rock solid, staying organised and resilient under pressure. There were also plenty of moments of slick passing and creative play from both sides, showing just how far these teams have come.

A fair result in the end and a great advert for women’s recreational football — full of spirit, teamwork, and skill.
