It was a very proud moment for Caernarfon Town legend Darren Thomas when he and his teenage son Osian featured in the same game for the Canaries on Saturday.
Darren, 38, has made more than 400 appearances and scored almost 150 goals for Caernarfon in a career which has seen him lift numerous trophies with the club including two Cymru Alliance titles and the FAW Trophy.
Osian Glyn Thomas, 16, spent time with the Wrexham AFC Academy before becoming part of the impressive Caernarfon Town Development squad which reached the FAW Youth Cup final last season.
Both father and son were involved in the Cofis’ 2-0 win at Sandbach United of the North West Counties League Division One South on Saturday, Adam Davies and Harri Roberts with the goals.
