Hosts Conwy were put into bat and posted a useful score of 198-7 off a reduced 37 overs, opener Oliver Da Costa cracking seven sixes in a whirlwind 48-ball knock of 74.
South African all-rounder Da Costa put on 102 for the first wicket with Evan Williams (22), while Shaun Davies finished 42 not out as the home side dipped from 140-2 to 198-7.
Owen Davies picked up 2-9 and Marcus Mangiameli 2-38 for the visitors.
Set a revised target of 134 in 20 overs, Mochdre got there in 17.5 for the loss of three wickets, Will Evans leading the charge with 51 off 40 balls and the other four batsmen involved all making useful runs.
