What a team!
Llewod Llannerchymedd are the North Wales Girls Football League U13 Shield Division champions for 2024/25.
They have compiled a perfect record of 13 matches played, 13 wins, 61 goals scored and just six conceded.
One of the coaches is Carol Lewis, a Llannerchymedd-based teacher who plays club football for CPDM Bangor and captains Ynys Môn. who she will represent for a fifth time at the Island Games this year.
Carol said: “Amazing achievement for these girls, so proud of them, couldn’t have asked for any more off them. They gave their all throughout the season and totally deserved to be the league winners!
“Thank you to my coaches Twm, Graham, Now and Tom for all your support and looking forwrad to next season.
“Most of all, thank you to the girls for all their effort, heart and determination, we are very lucky to coach a great bunch of girls.”
Alongside Carol as team coaches are: Tomos (Twm) Jones, Graham Hughes, Owen (Now) Rowlands and Tomos Jones.
