All hail the 2024-25 Genero Adran North League champions – Connah’s Quay Nomads!

It was totally fitting that Jordan Parry’s side lifted the title in style with a 12-0 VICTORY on the day they made it 12 WINS OUT OF 12 in their perfect season to date.

Needing just to beat bottom side NFA to be crowned champions, Nomads celebrated a campaign from heaven with a dozen-goal triumph.

Skipper Polly Wild McGregor predictably set the ball rolling for the hosts with her 26th goal of the season in all competitions after 14 minutes.

Evie Chard doubled the lead from an Elana Harley assist after 24, then Anna Marsh took centre stage with a seven-minute hat-trick, making it 5-0 at half time.

Nomads made a series of substitutions for the second half and added another seven goals.

Ella Jones made it six before an Amy Webster own goal increased the home tally.

Keira Hardstaff and Poppy Kendrick-Jones added two apiece and Natasha Spearing also made the scoresheet before the end.

Nomads will now look to complete the season on a high with wins away to Llanfair United (a – Mar 23) and CPDM Y Felinheli (h -Apr 6).

With 12 straight wins, 63 goals scored and just 5 conceded, there can rarely have been champions as dominant as Connah’s Quay Nomads.

Hopefully, they will now be promoted to the Adran Premier where they can test themselves at the next level.
