Llandyrnog lifted themselves off the bottom of the Premier after their best performance of the season saw them beat leaders Mochdre at Cae Nant.
Conor Jones, Nathan Rose and Craig Mayers bagged the goals for Dyrny, whose manager Stephen Jones was a very happy man after the match.
Jones said: “The lads gave everything they had on the pitch today. I cannot ask for more from them and we need to keep this going into February. If we play like that the rest of the season there is a lot of joy to be had.”
Opposition Man of the Match was Neil Brown with a monumental performance, rolling back the years in a Llandyrnog shirt.

With 88 minutes gone, it remained 2-0. but then Richard Hill provided the assist for Billy Bibby to halve the defecit.
Then in injury time, Stephen Bibby flicked on a Lewis Sealey throw-in and King found the open net for force a draw.
In the dying seconds, Allison went so close to a winner.
Gabriel George’s hat-trick won the day fror Penrhyn Bay, Jake Jones replying for Wanderers who had a player sent off in the second half.
