Wrexham’s miserable run against Swansea continued as they failed to beat the South Walians for a seventh time since joining the top flight.
Today’s latest defeat – a fourth 3-2 loss in a row to the Swans – meant Steve Dale’s side exited the Adran Trophy at the semi-final stage.
City led 2-0 at half time, Aimee Deacon striking in just the second minute before Stacey John Davis converted a penalty with 48 on the clock.
Carra Jones reduced the deficit on 63 minutes, but Swansea put one foot into the last four when Emily Richards made it 3-1 after 82.
Deep into added time, Amber Lightfoot replied for the hosts, but it was too late to affect the result.
Substitute Menna Evans rescued a point with a 74th minute equaliser for the hosts at Bangor City Stadium.
Playing her first game since November due to injury, last season’s Genero Adran North Young Player of the Year maintained her fine scoring record for the all-blues.
Ashleigh Jones gave Bangor a 14th minute lead from a Ffion Bee assist and it remained 1-0 up to the break.
Llywela Edwards levelled on 51 minutes, Hana Wellings with the set up, then former Bangor player Jenna Tugwell-Allsup put Felin ahead after 66 with the assistance of Shannon Jade Jones.
Evans squared it at 2-2 and despite the efforts of both sides, there was to be no winner.
Flint made it 14 consecutive home wins dating back to 2022-23 as Jennifer Haynes’ 26th minute strike ended up being the decider at the Essity Stadium.
The Silkwomen strengthened their hold on fourth place in Genero Adran North with a fifth straight victory in all competitions this season on their own pitch.
All three goals ame in a three-minute spell between two sides meeting for the first time in a league game.
The deadlock was broken on 23 minutes when Zoe Stopford set up Shona Roberts for her second goal since transferring from Llandudno.
Rhyl equalised after 25 through Lauren Jones, normally a goalkeeper playing outfield, Rachael Thomas with the assist.
However, Flint were soon back in front when Haynes delivered her eighth goal of the season, Ruby Hastings the provider.
It was a strong performance from the Silkies, with Grace Bamber the player of the match.
After several seasons of enduring heavy losses to Llandudno, Llanfair United battled back from 3-1 down to force a landmark draw against the reigning champions.
For Tudno, it was four points dropped at home within a week and it will take something quite spectacular now to get themselves into title contention.
Following a goalless first half, a Mary Bailey own goal on 55 minutes edged Llandudno into the lead.
Sixteen-year-old Anna Carey put the home side two-up on 63, but Paris Schofield soon hit back for the Powys ladies.
When Jasmin Dutton put the Seasiders 3-1 in front with 78 on the clock, it looked like three points were all but in the bag for the home team.
Yet Llanfair refused to admit defeat, goals from Harriet Davies and Schofield earning them an historic point.
Seven heaven for Nomads as they moved that many points clear at the summit after a seventh straight league victory.
Perhaps 7-0 would have been a more fitting scoreline on the day, but the Deesiders will surely have been happy to settle for six.
Youngster Alisha Whitehead-Hughes showed her capabilities by scoring twice in the first five minutes, Phoebe Ellis and Natasha Spearing with the assists.
Ellis missed a chance to make it three from the penalty spot on 10 minutes.
Spearing found the net for Nomads to give her team a sound 3-0 lead at the break.
After the break, sub Elana Harley added a quick double on 56 and 60 before Ellis completed the scoring on 62.
Captain Ffion Jones hit a magnificent four goals for Airbus, who added further strikes via Laura Pratt (2), Catrin Ellis and Grace Kehoe.
Leaders Henllan gained sweet revenge for a 4-3 defeat at Denbigh earlier in the season – a game in which they led 3-0 only for Town to roar back with four goals.
Today there was no doubt as to the outcome with the unstoppable Beth Roberts scoring three times to reach 34 for the campaign, Abby Cattell adding a double and Mabli Fitzgerald a single.
Lucy Morris responded for the home side.
Hannah Richards (4), Gemma Jones (2), Lowri Savage (2), Carla Jones, Samantha Jones, captain Ellie Davies and Bethany Lane shared in this Berriew goals deluge.
There was also a Sarah Marck own goal.
Lowri Thomas and Jini Owen-Hughes bagged four goals apiece as Pwllheli stormed to a 12-1 triumph at Northop.
Both Thomas and Hughes are now on 15 goals this season for the Llyn Peninsula stars.
Captain Magi Hughes, Leanne Hughes and Erin Williams and a Tyler Price own goal made up the rest for the visitors, Hannah Williams with Hall’s sole reply.
Jess Woods was a hat-trick star on the road for Trearddur Bay.
Woods, 20, who joined Bay at the start of the season, has scored in every game she has played for her new team – six goals in four matches.
Erin Mulvey, Freya Davies and Clare Head also registered on the away team scoresheet, Elin Jones, Lisa Jones and Malen Hughes on the mark for Caernarfon.
Jess Jones’ hat-trick was just enough to see off a plucky Kinmel Bay side which pushed their Anglesey hosts all the way.
Elin Jones and Amy Chesters got Bay back level from two down in the second half, but Jess Jones’ 21st, 22nd and 23rd goals of the season won the day for new leaders Cefni. Jones’ winner arrived in the 83rd minute.
