East Division

Airbus UK Broughton 18 Welshpool Town 2

Captain Ffion Jones and striker Laura Pratt both scored SEVEN goals as Airbus rattled up an astonishing 18-2 win over Welshpool Town.

Jones also provided five assists in a goal-packed performance from the Wingmakers.

Grace Kehoe (2), Ruby Ellis and Catrin Ellis made up the rest of the rout for the hosts, Paige Whitehouse and Sarah Marck replying.

Berriew 1 Denbigh Town 0

As opposed to the 20 goals scored at Hollingsworth Group Stadium, just the one was needed at Berriew Recreation Ground to earn the home side victory.

Gemma Jones continued her goal-a-game record so far for the Rhiewsiders, her 12th minute effort making it five in four matches.

It was a first loss ot the season for previous table-toppers Denbigh.

Northop Hall 7 Coedpoeth United 2

Abbie Holland revived some of her past magic with a hat-trick for Northop Hall in Sunday’s home success.

Charlotte Dykes also netted three, one a penalty, Taylor Roberts adding a single.

A memorable day for Coedpoeth, though, as they scored their first goals since forming, Kimberley Pugh and Yasmin Griffiths on target – well done!

West Division

Caernarfon Town 0 Llangefni Town 7

Ceri Slaney and Hannah Owen netted in the first half to give Llangefni a 2-0 interval lead.

The goals began to flow in the second half, subs Jess Jones and Jennifer Cox bagging two apiece before another replacement, Ffion Thomas, completed the job.

CPD Pwllheli 2 Kinmel Bay 1

Kinmel Bay produced a great effort to restrict the current champions to a 2-1 scoreline.

After a goalless first half, Jini Owen Hughes made the breakthrough for Pwll on 49 before Lois Thomas doubled the lead on the hour, Magi Hughes with the assist.

With visiting keeper Shelby Wild in superb form, the score remained the same until Elin Jones made it 2-1 from an Alys Marsh-Hughes assist on 78 minutes.

Trearddur Bay 0 CPDM Llanystumdwy 1

Sixteen-year-old Nel Pritchard’s 26th minute goal from an Efa Jones assist was enough to win this battle of in-form sides on Anglesey.

Llan are up to third in the table and have lost just once in seven matches – and that was to Adran Premier giants Wrexham in the Welsh Cup.
