CPD Llanberis 1 (Llywelyn 90+3)
Bethesda Athletic 7 (Janes 7, C Williams 43, N Hughes 44 & 57, Todd 51, O Hughes 86, S Hughes 90)

Played 5, won 5 goals scored 29 conceded 4 – it has been quite a start to the season for Bethesda Athletic on their return to tier 4.

Tonight saw Mark Hughes’ men put seven past Llanberis, who suffered a rare thrashing at their traditional Ffordd Padarn stronghold.

Athletic took a seventh-minute lead via a header by Wisdom Janes after Joe Todd swung in a free kick from the left.

Two goals in a minute just before half time put the visitors firmly in the driving seat.

On 43, Cian Williams made it 2-0 after he got his head to a left-sided free-kick from Cameron Robertson.

Noa Hughes added number three after a neat through ball by Steffan Davies, scoring with a powerful low finish after breaking into the box.

Half-time: 0-3

Six minutes into the second half Pesda struck again, Joe Todd curling a free-kick around the defensive wall which keeper Dylan Roberts got a hand to but couldn’t keep out

Before the hour, Robertson crossed from the left, and Noa Hughes rushed in to score from close range at the back post for his 11th goal in seven outings.

That was an end to the scoring for almost half-an-hour, before Roberts managed to block at the feet of Noa Hughes, but the ball broke to Osian Hughes who rolled it in from edge of the box.

With the 90 minutes up, Tomos Hughes crossed from the right and Scott Hughes found the top left hand corner with a shot on turn from edge of box.

In stoppage time Guto Llywelyn bagged a cracking consolation for Llanberis, a dipping volley from 30 yards
