Thursday night football: All hail Tier 4 champions – Trearddur Bay!
Trearddur Bay are the 2023-24 North Wales Coast West Premier Division champions.
The Beach Boys made it back-to-back titles in style with a 7-4 win at Llanrug United on ThuRsday evening.
That result made it 23 unbeaten this season for the Anglesey side, who are on course for a double having made the Cwpan Snowdonia Fire and Security Cup semi-finals.

Congratulations to Trearddur Bay – league champions for a second successive season.
Top-scorer Asa Thomas once more came up trumps with a hat-trick in Thursday’s title-clinching success at Eithin Duon.
Thomas struck twice in the opening 14 minutes, Matt Reynolds and Les Davies with the assists, to put the visitors in early command.
Jonathan Sadler pulled one back, but Thomas set up Casey Gregg to make it 3-1 before Asa the goal machine completed yet another treble in first-half added time, boosting his total to 53 for the season.
Les Davies made it 5-1 six minutes into the second half, Tom Scott with the assist, before three in 10 minutes brought Llanrug right back into it, Owain Jones, Sadler and a Gregg own goal cutting the deficit to 5-4.
Trearddur upped a gear, Davies bagging his second on 69 minutes before Cameron Buckley rounded off the scoring in stoppage time for the newly-crowned champions.

One of the most celebrated derbies on the Anglesey football scene ended 3-0 to Cemaes.
After a goalless first half, Luke McGivern broke the deadlock with 49 on the clock.
Ryan Folksman doubled the lead on 70 and Ben Hughes added another three minutes later.

Iestyn Worth nudged Celts in front on 34 minutes, Dion Owen and Ben Rowlands hit back to give Llanberis the lead, but a Jac Pearce Jones penalty after 70 rescued a point for the travellers.

Marc Evans notched the only goal of the game on 59 minutes to boost Gwalchmai’s hopes of a top-three finish.
