Into round 3 and 128 clubs still left – extra round needed in 2023-24 FAW Amateur Trophy

Due to the increased entrants in this season’s Dragon Signs FAW Amateur Trophy, the FAW National League Board have announced an extra date in the schedule.

Round five – the last 32 stage – will now be played on December 15/16th. League games will be announced for this date once clubs available are known.

128 clubs will participate in round three, which is made up of the 86 winners from round two, as well as the 42 Tier 3 clubs who were given byes.

The draw is split into South and North pots. The South pot is made up of 72 clubs (36 ties), while the North pot contains 56 (28 ties).
