Queen’s Park target a SIX-TIMER after completing club treble at the weekend

FC Queen’s Park have a checklist of the SIX senior trophies they are pursuing as a club this season.

Three have already been won by the Wrexham club!

The first team recently lifted the Mike Beech Memorial Trophy, while the reserves won their North East Wales League division title with an unbeaten record and made it a double at the weekend when Malcolm Wareham’s men beat Greenfield Reserves 2-0 in The Reserve Cup Final.

Sunday’s showpiece at Brymbo SSC saw the Park Reserves score twice in the first half.

Ashley Ryan broke the deadlock on 24 minutes and Matty Bithell doubled the advantage on 36.

Dan Roberts assisted with the first goal and Ryan the second.

It was a really good battle by Greenfield, who are bottom of the North East Wales Reserve Division, while the Park are top and champions, 46 points ahead.
