Mike Latham and Dan Parry both hit hat-tricks as the Park stretched their lead at the top of the Premier to six points.
It was a mighty showing from Dave Evans’ side at Queensway Stadium with Latham striking first after just three minutes before
Parry added a double on 34 and 45+2 minutes.
Parry completed his hat-trick two minutes into the second half, then a Tony Jones assist set up Latham for his second and number five to the hosts.
Latham made it a treble and 20 goals in just 12 games since joining the Park in January after 85 minutes.
Lex did manage a consolation two minutes from time through player-manager Ricky Evans.
Defeat for Cemaes at Cae Stanley meant Trearddur Bay are crowned Division One champions.
The visitors needed three points to keep alive their slim hopes of catching Trearddur, but were beaten by a 62nd minute goal from Ianto ap Rhun.
All the goals came in the first half at Penrhiw.
An Aaron Davies-Thomas strike on 11 minutes put Rovers on the road to victory over the Harbourmen.
An own goal from Paul Williams doubled the home lead after 24 and Cameron Robertson added number three on 39.
