The ruthless Denbigh Town machine edged up to third in Ardal North West with a 10th straight league win tonight.
Dewi Llion Jones’ side are now 10 points behind leaders CPD Y Rhyl 1879 but have four games in hand.
The latest victims of the Town goal-packed victory run were Central Park visitors Llay Welfare.
Denbigh took a third-minute lead when a Nathan Brown corner forced a melee in the penalty area from which Ben Lockley netted at the second attempt.
It was 2-0 in the 18th minute when Jacob Edwards set up Jason Foulkes to fire past wrong-footed keeper Kyle Flower.
The home side were well on top, Foulkes forcing a fine stop from Flower before a Matthew Worrall effort somehow struck the stanchion at the back of the goal.
Having been untested in the first half, Town keeper Aaron Jones proved his alertness with two great saves early in the second period.
On the hour Worrall went desperately close to making it 3-0.
A third goal did arrive in the 65th minute, Brown causing havoc down the left before his cross was converted by a glancing header from Luca Bennett.
Worrall lashed one high into the roof of the net to complete the scoring in the 70th.
Llay had defender Max Peate sent off for a second yellow in the 84th minute.
