This will be the first meeting of the teams this season.
Holywell are in second spot and a win this evening will take them to within nine points of leaders Colwyn Bay with a game in hand.
Prestatyn, who are having a decent season themselves, lie eighth in the table, but a victory at Holywell would lift them to sixth.
