What a perfect birthday present for Llandudno’s management team twin sisters Sarah and Claire Colville – three points in the shape of a 6-0 win.
The Genero Adran North champions made it 20 goals in three matches across all competitions so far this season, and were fine value for this latest success at Mount Field.
The visitors were on song from the off. Four minutes in, Ffion Owen was tackled from behind in the penalty box and Jasmin Dutton slotted away the subsequent spot-kick.
In the 11th minute, Becky Jarvis Evans fed a through ball into the box which Maddie Williams latched on to and beat the keeper with a shot into the bottom right corner.
On the quarter-hour it was 3-0. Keeper Caitlin Bibby-Fry fed Sofie Owen, who carried the ball through to midfield. She found Maddie Williams, who turned her marker to lay off to Indie Hassall, and she blasted from the edge of the box into the bottom-right of the goal.
Half time 3-0 and Tudno comfortable.
Six minutes into the second half, Kelsey Davies flicked on a corner from the right and Hassall put away her second.
In the 66th minute, Jarvis Evans played the ball down the left for substitute Ceri Slaney, who worked the ball onto her right foot and lashed over the keeper into the top-right corner.
Number six came when Dutton’s free kick found Slaney, whose toe-poke across goal enabled Mari Gibbard to slot home.
