Trearddur Bay 12 (M Evans 5, 36 & 80; A Thomas 7, 57 & 74; J Williams 18, Bentley 34, 35 & 37; Bell 65. J Evans 90+4)
Holyhead Town 1 (C Hughes 10)

Newly reunited striking pair Marc Evans and Asa Thomas scored a hat-trick apiece and there was also a treble for newcomer Kaine Bentley as Trearddur Bay hit a dozen goals against neighbours Holyhead at Lon Isallt.

Evans, who joined tier 5 Bay from third-tier Bodedern Athletic in the week, opened his account for Trearddur very early on in Monday’s derby to make it 1-0.

Thomas doubled the lead soon after, but Chris Hughes hit back for the Harbourmen after 10 minutes.

By half time, the Bay were 7-1 in front.

Bentley produced a very rapid hat-trick against his old club, Justin Williams found the target and Evans notched his second.

After the break the goals continued to flow, Thomas adding two more to reach 13 for the season, while Evans also completed his personal treble to move onto 14.

Marcus Bell and substitute Joshua Evans grabbed one apiece to make the dozen.

The win ensured Trearddur maintained their 100 per cent record for the campaign.
