Denbigh clinched promotion back to the Premier Division in some style with a maximum points caning of Dolgellau at Ystrad Road.
The Vale of Clwyd side completed a 19th straight win and now three more victories will not only make them season-long invincibles but also worthy Division One champions.
Next weekend Denbigh will travel to second-place Halkyn, where a win will go a huge way towards sealing the title.
After that, the Ystrad Road side will visit Connah’s Quay on September 10 and end the campaign at home to Buckley seven days later.
Denbigh posted a massive 335-7 off 45 overs against Dolgellau, Gerallt Lyall top-scoring on 68, Harrison Jones hitting 62, Archie Sussex 53 and Sam Lewis 42.
Lewis and Lyall put on 104 for the first wicket, with Lyall and Jones adding exactly the same for the second,
For the visitors, Moc Llywelyn collected 2-60, Morgan Yorke 2-63 and Joe Williamson 2-76.
Dolgellau were all out for 111, Stuart Evans 32, Joe Lewis bagging 5-25 and Harrison Jones 3-8. Points: 15-0.
Da iawn Dinbych. Llongyfarchiadau.
This latest battle between these long-time rivals came out very much in favour of visitors Conwy.
Gele were bowled out for 101, Gareth Edwards 29, Patrick Jelley giving the top and middle order a wobble with 4-29, Raj Britto 2-0 and Graham Meredith 2-30.
Conwy skipped to 103-1 in 23, Dan Davies 42 no and Evan Williams 33 no.
Iroshan De Silva’s fourth league ton of the season put Gwersyllt Park in a strong winning position.
De Silva hit 118 not out in his team’s total of 237-4, boosting his tally in Division One to 1,244 runs this season – the highest in the league – at an average of 124.40.
Alfie Lythgoe was next highest contributor for the Park with 37.
Marchwiel and Wrexham were then restricted to 163-7 off 45, Michael Forgrave 35, Sam Heard-Edwards 31 and Scott Lawrenson 30, Cai Pearson grabbing 4-22 for Gwersyllt.
In a rather tense, low-scoring encounter at Pant Newydd, Halkyn took the honours to remain in title contention.
The Quay were bowled out for 46, Andrew Watkin 4-4 off nine overs, Jamie Griffiths 2-4 and Muhummad Bajwa 2-8.
It appeared a straight-forward win for Halkyn was on the cards, but the hosts lost five early wickets for next to nothing.
Griffiths steadied the ship with 16 not out, while extras amounted to 23 as the hosts made it to 48-5 off 13.1 overs.
Joshua Clarke snapped up 3-12 and Mali Auty 2-31 for the visitors.
Defending a modest 147, Hawarden Park bowled well to see off in-form Buckley at Moor Lane.
Phil Bradfield did best with 47 in Hawarden’s effort, Jack Gibson an impressive 4-15 for the visitors, Adam Shaw 2-33.
Bucks then fell to 89 all out, wicket-keeper Paul Rambaldi a spirited 34 no down the order, Tom Norris 4-13 off nine, Ian Martin 2-13, Campbell Marr 2-21 and James Martin 2-25 for the hosts.
Alwyn Williams (3-27), Adam Thomas (2-17) and Scott Thomas (2-24) led the assault as Llanrwst’s bowlers sent Bangor seconds packing for just 85 at Gwydir Park, Peter Jones 29 not out and Faisal Khan 22 for the visitors.
The Rwsters reached a winning 88-4 in 20.3 overs, Trefor Williams 27 and Aron Hughes 20, Jamie Camilleri an admirable 3-20 for the Citizens.
