Leading by just six runs from the first leg two nights earlier, Northop ran away with it in the return encounter.
Put into bat, the Flint Road side hammered 142-9 off 20 overs, Leo Grieg hitting 31, James Roberts 27 and Chris Brooks 24.
James Hughes took 3-30 and Chris Moss 3-31 for Pont, who were left needing 149 off their 20 to win the cup.
The hosts got nowhere near, being bowled out for 65, Charlie Collins nabbing 3-14, Tom Sudder 2-10, Matthew Williams 2-13 and Matthew Mullarkey 2-24 for Northop, who won by 83 runs overall.
