Ella Jones of Llandudno stretched her lead in the Goalden Girl table to seven at the weekend after netting twice in her team’s impressive 5-0 victory at Pwllheli.
It was a quiet Sunday for some of the other leading markswomen, however Bethel’s Mari Gibbard vaulted to 12 goals with her four against Denbigh, while team-mate Fflur Williams moved onto 11 after hitting five against the same opponents.
