Goals from Scott Hughes and Paris Hargrave were enough to secure Glantraeth a narrow win over their Anglesey opponents.
Cefni almost got off the mark from a set piece but some brilliant close range saves by Glan’s keeper kept the scores level.
Later in the half, Hughes fired home a superb well-placed shot to break the deadlock.
Both sides played some great football before Glan were awarded a penalty early in the second half which was fired home by striker Hargrave.
Cefni continued to battle and got their rewards soon after with a deserved consolation goal.
