This puts Holywell top on goal difference, but Kinmel Bay have a game in hand.
In Group West, Penrhyn Bay Panthers celebrated their first win by beating Eglwysbach Queen Bees 4-0 on January 21.
Sonia Jones scored twice and there were further goals from Alex Starr and Cat Jones.
It was a first defeat for the Bees after three previous draws.
