Anglesey League: Double figures for Mountain Rangers and Cemaes Bay

Mountain Rangers returned to the Anglesey League peak with an 11-0 conquering of Holyhead Town Reserves at Rhosgadfan.

Sam Williams notched four for Alex Philp’s side, Simon Kay and Rhys Jones two apiece, David Carl Jones, David Aaron Jones and Ian Pleming sharing the rest for the unbeaten leaders.

Callum Jones, Tom Zalot, Elliott Jones (2) and Cai Evans combined to earn Llanfairpwll a 5-3 victory at CPD Cefni, Andrew Jones, Lee Lewis and Macauley Lewis for the hosts.

Andy Williams hit five for Cemaes Bay in their 10-1 away hammering of Llandegfan in their Lucas Oil Dargie Cup first round, Daniel Jones (2), Tam Morton, Keenan Downey and Chris Hughes with the rest, Nathan Harris the sole home net-finder.

Arriva Bangor pipped Bodorgan 2-1 on Friday night, Scott Hughes and Dion Williams for the hosts, Luke Allaway responding.

Pentraeth Reserves v Holyhead Hotspur Reserves was postponed.
