The management board responsible for running the North Wales Coast Development League has been suspended by the NWCFA.
This follows several complaints from member clubs regarding how league officials allegedly treated them.
It is believed the submitted complaints include alleged unfair fines, clubs being placed in divisions outside their catchment areas and various bans.
It has been confirmed that the league management board has appealed to the FA of Wales against the NWCFA’s decision.
An FAW spokesman said: “We can confirm that the officers of the North Wales Coast Development League have been suspended and the appeal is currently being processed by the FAW.”
The NWCFA Development League is in its fourth season and comprises two divisions – East and West.
