North East Wales League Division Two and Three fixtures released

The fixtures for both the North East Wales Division Two and Three have now been confirmed for the opening stages.

Following the conclusion of the early rounds of the FAW Welsh Cup, NEWFA Challenge Cup and FAW Amateur Trophy, as well as competing in the league phase of the North East Wales Trophy, the North East Wales FA can now confirm the opening stages of both divisions.

The campaigns will begin on September 26th with nine clashes to raise the curtain on the new season. 

Ruabon Rovers will begin life in Division Two with a trip to Yr Wyddgrug whilst Brymbo and Cefn Druids face off in an all-Wrexham affair. Overton Recreational hosts Holywell United and finally Sychdyn United welcome newly promoted AFC Deeside.

Another promoted side, Caerwys, will start their league season a week later at home to Holywell.

In Division Three we’ll see five newly formed sides make their debut in the league. Both Mostyn and Wrexham Foresters begin their journey in the Men’s senior system, with the latter playing host.

Marchwiel Saints travel to Gronant whilst Halkyn United take on Johnstown at Brynford to round-off the new boys. Cei Connah will make the short hop to Deeside Dragons and Skippy  will welcome Bellevue. AFC Weston Rhyn will feature for the first time a week later at home to Hylkyn.
