Check out draws for NWCFA Women’s Challenge Cup and Women’s Recreation Challenge Cup

Two ties in the opening round of the NWCFA Women’s Challenge Cup have produced identical pairings to the Welsh Cup draw.

Llangefni Town have landed a home clash with Bangor City 1876 Women, while CPD Pwllheli will welcome Kinmel Bay to The Rec later this month.

Cefni will also take on Bangor in the Welsh Cup, but away, while Pwllheli are also home to Bay in the national knockout.

NWCFA CUP COMPETITION SEASON 2026 – 2027

Women’s Challenge Cup – Round 1
To be played Sunday 23rd August 2026, 2pm kick-off.

Llangefni Town vs Clwb Pêl-droed Dinas Bangor City 1876 Women
CPD Pwllheli vs Kinmel Bay
Denbigh Town vs Towyn
Caernarfon Town vs NFA

There will also be a NWCFA Women’s Recreational Challenge Cup competition this season.
Three first round ties will take place in October, with the remaining entrants receiving byes to the next stage.
