North Wales women’s all-time club XIs: No 9 – Kinmel Bay

Kinmel Bay returned to competitive women’s football as recently as 2023-24, but their existence goes back many more years.
One of the original pioneers of women’s league football in North Wales, they are a great side representing a great club.

KINMEL BAY LADIES ALL-TIME XI

Shelby Wild

Bay’s most regular goalkeeper since they returned to competitive football in 2023-24.
Has made close on 50 appearances for the team. Tremendously brave and an exceptional shot-stopper,

Connie Sheridan

Classic centre half with good heading ability and strong in the tackle.
Has played for Kinmel Bay for a number of years, with 28 appearances under her belt since returning for the club in 2024-25.

Natasha Standing

Described as a ‘machine’ by her manager, Tasha is a non-stop battler who has numerous assets to her game.
One of her greatest gifts is set-piece deliveries, with cracking corner kicks a true specialty.
As vice-captain, she is a player others look up to and gain inspiration from.
Her involvement with Kinmel Bay goes back a number of years, but she has made 40 appearances since 2023-24.

Millie Sergent

Nineteen-year-old centre-back who has emerged through the Kinmel Bay youth set-up, often playing in boys teams.
Has made 56 first team appearances since the start of 2023-24. Was part of the side which won the 2024-25 Betty Pickering Shield.

Jen Small

Dependable, hard-working right-back who never gives less than 100 percent.
Another of the current squad to pass 50 first team appearances for Kinmel Bay.
Does a lot off the field for the club too, and she is much-loved and respected for that.

Seren Williams

Captain Fantastic. Midfield maestro whose passing, shooting, tackling and all-round play make her one of Kinmel Bay’s greatest-ever players.
Has a brilliant scoring record for a midfielder with 36 goals in 62 appearances since the team returned to league football in 2023-24.
Seren’s shooting stands out – she packs one of the very best shots in the women’s game.

Georgia Williams

Quite simply ‘Miss Kinmel Bay’. This amazingly loyal servant is a one-club girl. She has been at Kinmel Bay since she was four years of age.
A Wales Under-17 international, Georgia is a ball-playing midfielder who does everything well.
Not just a great player, a tremendous motivator to all those around her.

Charlotte Miliziano

If Seren Williams is an all-time Kinmel Bay great, then the same title must be bestowed on midfield ace Charlotte Miliziano.
Has not played for Kinmel Bay for a few seasons, but in the last decade she was an exceptional player who all good things emerged from.
Miliziano was a dead-ball specialist with tremendous corner and free-kicks in her repertoire, as well as goals. She influenced Bay in her era the way Seren Williams does nowadays.

Lucy Perry

And yet another experienced midfielder who has been a magnificent servant to the club, standing alongside Georgia, Seren and Charlotte.
Lucy brings bags of energy to the centre of the park, as well as a knack for playing lethal passes and scoring regular goals.
The talent has been passed on, as daughter Sienna was a Wrexham AFC Women player before her recent switch to Connah’s Quay. Since 2023-24 Lucy has notched 15 goals in 53 games, but her time with the club goes back many more years.

Amy Chesters

Truly came to prominence in the 2024-25 season when she pocketed 26 goals in 24 appearances.
Her finishing is exemplary and there is a real hardened edge to her game which makes her a major asset to the squad.
A former player for NFA where she netted some vital goals, Amy has scored 30 times in 53 appearances for Kinmel Bay.

Lexi Walsh

Although she spent a relatively short time in the first team before moving to Connah’s Quay last season, Walsh has to be included because of the remarkable things she has done in a Kinmel Bay shirt.
She was a scoring sensation with Kinmel Bay U17 Girls before making her first team debut at the age of 16.
Went on to score 47 goals in 22 appearances for Bay, including seven hat-tricks, before joining Nomads in February 2026,
