CPD Pentraeth have appointed a new manager for the 2026-27 season.
He is Marv Walsh, a man with a proud history at the Ynys Môn club.
A former player with Llangoed and Pentraeth, Walsh managed a range of junior sides with Tynygongl before becoming reserve team boss at Bryniau Field in 2016.
He has managed the Pentraeth Development side for the past three seasons and served as a first aider for the first team on match days this term.
A Pentraeth statement said: “After 17 years of dedication to this club, coaching across every age group and most recently successfully guiding our Development Team for the past three seasons, Marv is the perfect man to lead us into the next chapter.
“No one knows this club better. No one has given more to it.
“The time is now, Marv — the dugout is yours! “
Pentraeth finished next-to-bottom in Tier 5 North Wales Coast West Division One this season, but ended the campaign with a couple of good wins over CPD Deiniolen and CPD Mountain Rangers.
