Last-day drama sees Acton grab the North East Wales League Division 2 title

Congratulations to Acton, who snatched the Division 2 title on a dramatic final day.

The Wrexham side took a ninth-minute lead through Tom Edwards, but it was level at half time after Shay Davies equalised with 28 on the clock.

The second half saw the visitors take command, Alix Godfrey making it 2-1 on 51 minutes before Edwards completed a double after 64.

And the icing on the cake was applied by Liam Davies‘ 90th minute fourth.
