Ajith Balakrishnan took 3-51 for Gele, who were then bowled out for 176, Luke Holmes 66, Gwil Lloyd Jones 53, that pair putting on 96 for the sixth wicket, while Iwan Roberts claimed 3-18 and Shaun Davies 2-26 for Conwy.

After choosing to take first knock, Bangor seconds must have soon regretted it when they lost all their wickets for a paltry 57, Liam Moores an outstanding 4-5 off nine overs, Joe Griffiths 2-19, Northop seconds responding with 61-1 off 10.2.

Put into bat, Menai Bridge seconds were limited to 127-9 off 40, opener Lucas Sheridan 45, Pooler getting good bowling support from Will Roberts (3-22).

Seven-man Dolgellau were skittled out for just 19 off 14 overs, Philip Deane doing his best to hold things up with a stubborn 13 not out, Alec Lewis 2-4 and David Kitching 2-8 for Denbigh seconds, who reached 20 without loss in 2 overs.
Long way for Dolgellau to travel for such a short engagement, but hats off to them for doing so.
