UPDATE: Flint Mountain manager steps down due to medical reasons

Flint Mountain have confirmed Liam Dickinson stepped down as manager of the Cymru North club due to medical reasons.
Dickinson announced he was leaving the club after Saturday’s 3-2 home defeat at the hands of Penrhyncoch.
Mountain released an updated statement on Monday which said: “Flint Mountain FC manager Liam Dickinson has resigned due to medical reasons.
“We wish him a speedy recovery and thank him for his commitment to the club this season.
“More information to come in due course.”
Dickinson published the following on a social media account: “Thanks for everything, Loved my time at the club, Cannot thank the lads enough for their efforts.
“Massive thanks to Bran and Andy for their continued support. I wish the club all the best for the remainder of the season and going forwards.”
.Mountain had not won a game this season when Dickinson replaced Andrew Ruscoe last September, but results soon improved under the new man.
However, the team had lost five of its last six matches and sit next-to-bottom of the 16-club Tier 2 Cymru North league.
Under Dickinson, Mountain played 20 league games, winning eight, drawing one and losing 11.
They had a great three-match winning run in January and February, where they beat Mold Alexandra, Denbigh Town and Buckley Town in quick succession.
Perhaps their best result was a 3-2 victory at Welsh Cup semi-finalists CPD Y Rhyl 1879 in November.
