The other last-four tussle sees Buckley Town travel to Guilsfield.
The Welsh Blood Service League Cup, also known as the Welsh Tier Two League Cup, is in its fourth season.
Northern and Southern winners are crowned before an overall National final is staged.
The draw for the quarter-finals of the 2025/26 competition was made this week.
Ties will be played across the weekend of 6-8 February 2026.
