What a turn up for the books!
Leaders Llanuwchllyn lost their 15-match unbeaten record to a visiting Dolgellau outfit who began the day in the bottom half of Ardal North East.
After a goalless first half, Dol took a 48th minute lead when gifted 17-year-old Osian Morris put away a penalty.
Will Owen equalised on 54 from a Tomos Evans assist, but a second spot-kick awarded to the away side led to Gerwyn Williams this time making it 2-1 with his 15th goal of the season.
Then on the hour, there was further joy for Dol when Morris found the net with his 12th goal this term.
With 32-goal top-scorer Meilir Williams experiencing a rare blank afternoon, Llan did manage to score a second, but it did not arrive until the 96th minute via Gwydion Roberts, Ilan Hughes assisting.
Playing their first game in a month, Corwen returned to winning ways with a narrow verdict over travellers Llanfair.
Hero for the home side was James Rainbird, a recent signing from Newtown, who scored on 52 and 63 minutes to seal the points, Lewis Wills assisting for the first goal.
Harvey Morris bagged a consolation for Llanfair in the 88th minute.
In-form Rhos followed up their 7-1 win of the previous weekend with a 5-1 away thrashing of Kerry on Saturday.
The victory lifted the Aelwyd into the top six, Harley Davies and Daniel Harrison putting them two-up by half time.
Captain Aled Parry delivered a second half double to make it 10 league goals for the campaign, while Scott Reeves also registered on the scoresheet before Michael Humphreys notched a late reply for the outgunned hosts.
Callum Stead’s pair of goals, recorded on 12 and 56 minutes, were sufficient to earn second-place Knighton the victory which closed the gap on leaders Llanuwchllyn to five points with a game in hand.
Rhys Hughes had brought a Bow side lying third level in the 32nd minute.
High-flying Penycae needed a 95th minute Thomas Edwards penalty to salvage a point at home to next-to-bottom Llangollen.
Louis Middlehurst missed a 16th minute spot-kick for the visitors before Edwards found his own net to hand Town the lead on 17.
Edwards made amends by converting from the spot on 38 to make it one-apiece at the interval.
Middlehurst also atoned for his earlier miss by edging Llangollen back in front after 77, but that late, late equaliser via Edwards saved Pen’s blushes.

Three late goals put the icing on top of the Christmas cake for Radnor Valley as they eventually eased to a 5-0 victory over Llanrhaeadr at The Bypass.
Following a goalless opening 45 minutes, the Goats broke the deadlock on 57 when talisman Joey Price ran on to a Matt Croose pass before sliding the ball past Jack Jones in the Llanrhaeadr goal.
The lead was doubled after 72 minutes when Croose took advantage of a sliced clearance by Jones before heading home the loose ball.
Radnor Valley went three-up after 85 when Croose’s low cross from the right was turned into his own net by Llan substitute Sean Jones.
Price scored his second goal of the afternoon when he swept home a cross from the right by substitute Owen Anning.
And it was Anning completed the scoring in the 90th minute when he clinically fired past Jones to end 2025 on a high note for the Goats as they look forward to a local derby at Knighton Town to begin the new year on Saturday 3rd January.
