North Wales Women’s Recreational League: Jade is truly four-some in Dragonhearts win, Bees and Blues triumph

Prestatyn Dragonhearts enjoyed their first win of the season on Monday

NORTH WALES WOMEN’S RECREATIONAL LEAGUE REPORTS – MONDAY, NOVEMBER 24

Prestatyn Athletic Dragonhearts 4 Conwy Borough 2

Jade Davies scored all four goals for a Dragonhearts side which fought back from two-down to win their first league game of the season.

Things looked promising for Conwy when Natalie Barratt put them ahead on nine minutes and Carly Andrews added a second after 26.

Davies pulled one back in first half added time before grabbing three more goals after the turnaround to seal a fine victory.

Eglwysbach Queen Bees 3 Llandudno Valkaries 0

Unbeaten Bees sit second after making it four wins and three draws this season with a 3-0 success over Valkaries.

All three goals came in the opening 15 minutes, Laura Nicholls striking first before Hannah Jones added a double.

Penmaenmawr Phoenix Blues 4 CPD Merched Llanrwst Unedig 2

Captain Tiffany Pacelli netted twice for a Blues outfit which stretched their unbeaten run to four matches.

Alaw Hughes gave Llanrwst an early lead, Cari Jenkins with the assist, but two quick replies from Pacelli and Jess Roberts, both set up via keeper Nathania Minard, put Pen in front.

Hughes made it 2-2 before the break, Nel Evans supplying the chance.

Minard claimed her third assist when Jade Ward edged Phoenix 3-2 up early in the second half, then Pacelli added a late fourth with the help of Amy Rowlands.
