Top scorer Dion Jones was on target twice as Llangefni returned to third spot with a comfortable win over Mynydd Isa at Cae Bob Parry.

Jones edged up to 16 goals for the season, netting on 14 and 47 minutes, Caio Inch having bagged Cefni’s first on six.

Osian Jones also struck in the first half to give Town a 3-0 lead at the break. Scott Davies notched a late consolation for the visitors.

Connah’s Quay Town 1 CPD Y Felinheli 0

Town secured their third 1-0 league victory of the campaign thanks to Pascal Gomez’s 68th minute net-finder at Deeside Stadium.

CPD Llannefydd 1 Bethesda Athletic 4

Revenge for Bethesda as they triumphed 4-1 at a ground where they lost 2-1 in the Dragon Signs Amateur Trophy three weeks earlier.

Saturday saw Pesda end a run of four league defeats and leap above Llannefydd into ninth place in Ardal North West.

Osian Hughes, Joe Todd and Corey Lundstram put Athletic 3-0 up in the first half before Mathew Jones pulled one back on 36 minutes.

There were no further goals until the 86th minute, when Sion Bullock wrapped up the spoils for Bethesda with his team’s fourth.

Llay Welfare 2 Penmaenmawr Phoenix 0

Llay stretched their undefeated run to seven matches with a 2-0 home success over recently improved Penmaenmawr.

Jonathan Collo nudged the Welly in front on eight minutes before Cavan Daley doubled the lead after 26.

NFA 3 Llanrwst United 3

Aidan Bell’s equaliser 10 minutes into stoppage time rescued a point for NFA.

Oliver Hansen put the hosts in front after nine minutes, but Callum Parry levelled with 20 on the clock.

Parry made it 2-1 to the Rwsters six minutes into the second half, Conor Davies with his second assist, but Macauley Taylor equalised with 84 gone.

When Chris Nicolson edged United back into the lead after 89 it looked like an away win had been banked, but with 100 minutes played Bell made it 3-3 from a Hansen assist.
