ARDAL NORTH EAST REPORTS – AUGUST 30

Builth Wells 1 Cefn Albion 1

Albion needed a 92nd minute Dion Gibbins equaliser to salvage a point at Lant Fields.
Jac Rideout gave the hosts a fourth-minute lead which they held on to until Torne Samuels set up Gibbins for the leveller in added time.
Albion would have gone top with a victory but they still occupy a promising third position.

Corwen 2 Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant 0

Harry Strong and Pat Hinchcliffe delivered the second half goals which sealed second-place Corwen the points at home to Llanrhaeadr.

Kerry 0 Dolgellau Athletic 4

Seventeen-year-old sensation Osian Morris pocketed a dynamic hat-trick as Dolgellau romped to victory at MT3 Dolforgan Park.
Wil Gruffydd was also on the mark for the visitors, who led 1-0 at half time.

Lex XI 0 Bow Street 5

After being restricted to a 1-0 lead at half time, Taylor Watts the scorer, Bow piled on the goals in the second period, Harvey Matthews (2), captain Rhys Hughes and Courtney Perkins driving the visitors out of sight.

Llandrindod Wells 2 Knighton Town 4

Former Welsh Premier frontman Luke Boundford bagged a hat-trick for Knighton in Saturday’s success at The Broadway.
Taylor Wozencraft was also on the scoresheet for the visitors, Liam Hall and Zak Baker responding. Hall was dismissed for a second yellow one minute past the 90.

Llangollen Town 1 Rhos Aelwyd 1

Given they had lost their last four league games and six in all competitions, this was a decent result for Llangollen against unbeaten Rhos.
It could have been even better for Town had they held on for victory after Iwan Hardy’s eighth-minute opener, but Ryan Jenkins levelled on 83 for Aelwyd.

Llanuwchllyn 3 Llanfair United 3

Although they dropped two home points after conceding twice late on, Llanuwchllyn still remain top of Ardal North East.
Dale Davies (2) and Nathan Davies shared the home goals, but Gethin Stephens, Tomos Jones and sub Sean Roberts rescued a commendable point for Llanfair.

Penycae 1 Radnor Valley 1

Ben Buley’s 41st minute strike handed Penycae an interval lead, but Isaac Price equalised after 53 and one-apiece is how it stayed.
