Adran North champions Connah’s Quay Nomads confirm retained and released list for 2025-26

Connah’s Quay Nomads Women can today confirm their 2025 retained/released list.

Jordan Parry’s side were crowned tier 2 Adran North champions last season with a perfect record of 14 matches and 14 wins.

They were narrowly beaten 3-2 by Pontypridd United in the Adran Premier promotion play-off.

Nomads Women and Girls start new partnership with Energie Fitness

Connah’s Quay Nomads have announced their women’s section have agreed a new partnership with Energie Fitness.
The two-year deal allows gym access for the club’s senior women and full-tme scholarship players, along with weekly, elite level conditioning sessions undertaken by professional sports scientists and conditioning coaches at Energie Fitness.
Full-time women’s scholarship and girls academy players will weekly tailored conditioning sessions as part of FAW/UEFA Academi.
Based on Deeside Retail Park, Energie Fitness have been established for six years and offer a place for everyone at the gym, providing 1-to-1 sessions, group fitness classes.
On the new partnership, Nomads technical director, Jay Catton commented: “This is a major partnership in the continued growth and evolution of our Womens and Girls setup, which has now grown to all age groups across U8 to U19 and Senior female teams.
“Energie Fitness will provide an elite strength and conditioning facility for our Women’s team, full time Steven Gerrard Academy Women’s Scholars and newly formed youth phase FAW/UEFA Girls Academi teams.
“We can’t thank Glyn and his team enough for joining up and supporting our female section of the football club and we look forward to an exciting partnership over the coming years.”
