With about a month to six weeks of the 2024-25 season left, the battle to finish top senior goalscorer in Anglesey men’s football remains as tight as ever.
Cameron Buckley of Cemaes Bay leads the Bob Brodie Trophy table on 26 goals, but just one behind are Trearddur Bay’s Josh Stanley, Tomos Llyr Williams of Llanfairpwll and Arden Gisbourne of Llannerchymedd.
Williams hit SEVEN goals for Llanfairpwll in midweek, while Stanley banged in SIX for Trearddur Development last Sunday. Gisbourne bagged a pair in Medd’s 4-2 loss at Talysarn.
Still right in the mix are the likes of Gwalchmai’s Connor Owen, Luke McGivern of Cemaes Bay and Gaerwen teenager Calum Thomas, all on 22 goals.
